SetuCare Sellers’ Return, Refund, Cancellation and Shipping Policies

General Terms

  1. SetuCare, contained within the SetuFarm application, is offered by FarmSetu Technologies Private Limited in its capacity as a technology-enabled market intermediary.
  2. By accessing or using the application or by using the Services on the application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth below including any additional guidelines and future modifications.
  3. FarmSetu as an intermediary is not liable for any third-party (suppliers' or service providers') obligations arising out of or due to rates, quality, discounts, offers and similar such instances, whether to any such buyers or otherwise.
  4. You expressly agree that your use of the SetuFarm app and the services therein is at your sole risk. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, products, services, merchandise and other information provided through the app.
  5. Any claims in relation to any services provided on the SetuFarm platform (including any products and services listed therein) should be made against the relevant third-party seller or service provider and FarmSetu accepts no liability in respect of any such claims.
  6. All the products listed in SetuCare are sold and delivered by the associated sellers.

All transactions on SetuCare are governed by the following policies issued by the sellers:

Merchandise Return & Refund Policy (Mode of Refund with TAT)

  1. In order to return any purchased product, the buyer must produce the tax invoice of the purchased product.
  2. The product must bear the same batch number mentioned on the tax invoice.
  3. The packaging should be sealed and not opened by the buyer.
  4. The payment refund for the returned product will be issued immediately by the seller as a credit note.
  5. The buyer can use this credit note for the next purchase with the same seller.

Cancellation Policy with TAT

  1. To cancel any product, the buyer must provide the tax invoice first generated at the time of sale.
  2. The product needs to be from the same batch number and should be seal-packed and not opened by the buyer.
  3. The reasons for cancellation may include but not be limited to high prices, poor packaging, need for a different SKU etc.
  4. The payment refund for the returned product will be issued immediately by the seller as a credit note.
  5. The buyer can use this credit note for the next purchase with the same seller.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

  1. The shipping and delivery policies are issued by the seller. As an intermediary, FarmSetu only helps buyers with the purchasing, booking and pick-up process of their orders from the selected collection centre of the seller.
  2. The seller agrees to ship the ordered products to buyers on the following conditions:
    a. The minimum order value is ₹40,000.
    b. Orders are shipped only on 100% loading of a 2.5-tonne delivery truck.
    c. The delivery location should be within a 50 km radius of the seller’s works.
    d. For bulk fertiliser purchases, the seller will levy a charge of ₹30 per 50 KG bag.
  3. The seller will deliver the ordered merchandise within 2 to 3 days of order confirmation and full payment in advance.

All disputes are subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra only.
